Easy Oreo Truffles
This recipe is EASY and really delicious, but beware. I have a high tolerance for sugar, but I had to send Zach to the store for more milk to wash these babies down!
1 pkg. OREOs, finely crushed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. Chocolate chips
MIX 3 cups of the cookie crumbs, vanilla and the cream cheese until well blended. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls.
DIP balls in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store any leftover truffles in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
I forgot to reserve the cookie crumbs, so my truffles got chocolate sprinkles instead. Yum.

Oh my neighbor makes these every year for Christmas and I so look forward to them! So delicious. She puts some crushed up candy canes on top of hers. Yum.
Yum! Those look delicious! I love easy recipes too, maybe you'll inspire me to start baking desserts more... Cameron would love that!
Those look so good! I still want the recipe for that cherry thing you brought over the other day. BTW, we missed you at Walking group...
I'be seen these with white chocolate drizzled on them too. I think it makes them pretty!
I made them yesterday. Ooooo so good! And by the way...did you really have to tell us what to do with the left overs....as if there are some?
