Are you kidding me?! Idaho, the best? And Utah not far behind? Do you remember living in Utah?! I think they have it all backwards. California has awesome drivers...SO much better than Utah. (And you must have paid someone to put Idaho first).
I totally understand why California is in the bottom 5. Not only are the drivers bad but they are incredibly rude! It's one of my California pet peeves.
Clearly "Jim and Megan" have not been to Texas...
