In medium saucepan combine:
1 Cup flour
1/4 Cup salt
2 T. cream of tarter
In separate bowl combine:
1 Cup water
2 tsp. food coloring
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Add to flour mixture
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until dough forms a ball. (I had to knead it afterward to mix the food coloring.) Store at room temperature in a plastic bag or air tight container.
