Settee: The grand finale

Remember earlier this year (like 11.8 months ago) when I snagged a little settee on Craigslist and teased you that we'd reupholster it and it was going to be awesome?
As I am sure you can guess, it turned out to be a pain. After about five months we finally finished it and then I made the cushions, but they didn't fit quite right and the result was frumpy dumpy and I didn't really want to fix them, because I was tired of looking at that stupid brown fabric. So it sat there for months annoying me. Last week I found some sweet accent pillows and it inspired me to fix the cushions. I am so pleased with the final product:

Just looking at it feels like Christmas morning for me. Now to furnish the rest of the room...

PS. Are your walls blue, too? You should submit this to houseofturquoise.com. She features reader projects and I think she would definitely post this.

Yep, just had to come by for another look.
